"Exceeded My Expectations!"

I have stay here for a while the service was amazing. Very easy and quick check in, by Ricky the gentlemen at the Front Desk. Ricky was so sweet and very knowledgeable, and very helpful. Van is awesome, professional, and takes care of everything. Vjay will do anything to make sure your stay is comfortable and answers any questions and fixes any problems. Room cleaners will bring you anything you need. My room was clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. Great place to stay, great location and customer service, as well as a great breakfast. This hotel Highly recommended. Had a great experience overall. I also met the morning clerk, and she was very helpful as well. Will definitely stay again. Outstanding staff!

Just ok

Bathroom to small, Breakfast sucks, I felt very uncomfortable by thr front desk attendance. I will never go back, and I felt a certain way. Because the front desk person made me feel like he was racist by his actions and when he assigned my room. I very disappointed.

Charmel makes the best breakfast in the world. Had me coming back for 2nd and 3rd. Definitely made the stay worth it. Coming back to stay again.

"Homecoming weekend in Auburn "

Very basic, rooms needs updating, hotel needs updating and some TLC. We booked our visit semi-last minute for homecoming weekend, so there were not many choices for places to stay. They also were clearly price gouging for what we paid in comparison to quality of hotel. It did the job for the weekend, but it’s definitely not some place I’d choose to stay again.
