Best Western Auburn/Opelika Inn

This was a great location. I had a family member in the hospital and they were friendly when I had to extend my stay. I want to thank Vandanta , I think this was her name.

We stayed at this older hotel for a one-night stay. Overall, it appears to be fairly well updated and reasonably well maintained. The common areas and lobby looked nice, and the room itself was a good size and refreshed. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. However, housekeeping missed a couple of things. When we went into the bathroom, there was no toilet paper stocked at all, and the edge of the toilet seat had clearly not been cleaned, which was disappointing. The breakfast was above average. They offered fresh fruit, yogurt with a nice selection of toppings, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and waffle maker. The dining area was continuously cleaned, and the food was replenished regularly by a cheerful attendant. We would stay here again due to good location and overall good value. But attention to housekeeping details would make a difference.

Charmel she is really nice and friendly and the foods was good she made the stay alot better we be back to stay u dont find people as nice as her

Charnel was awesome, she did a great job with breakfast and hospitality is amazing we will be back cause of her and her service
