Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Extended Stay - Tulsa

There were crackheads hanging out outside when I pulled in .. there were no lights on anywhere in the parking lots and it seemed extremely unsafe to be there

Room was dirty had blood in the sink microwave didnt work ,no hot water, toilet was gross had urine on it . They tried to put me in a different room and it was Infested with roaches ..

Almost everything the only thing that made up for it all was the kitchen in the room and they allow my dogs

I reserved a king suite with a couch bed I didn't get what I reserved

The door don't close all the way I told the staff but nothing happened

The beds were comfy

It was noisy, roaches, outside was filthy, holes in the wall, ac door thing was falling off wall, water got cold after 2 minutes

This was the WORST room I have ever ,ever stayed in. I use to travel a lot and this set a new LOW. I would rather sleep inthe park than stay here again.

Rooms were dirty. First room booked had no AC. 2nd room had no lock on the door.

Price, staff leaves us alone...

The microwave didn't work . The housekeeper never came after 2 days so I had a lot of trash in the room and no clean towels . The cold water in the bathtub did not work
