Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Extended Stay - Tulsa

Great location.

First off the room was hot I asked for a non- smoking room and it had a heavy smoke smell. Second of all AC not working properly I asked the front desk to change my room and she said no all that’s available is smoking. I asked for clean towels and they said no not available because housekeeping wasn’t in. I asked for a roll of toilet paper and front desk said no only 1 roll per room.

For the price offered it was excellent.

The facility was less than inviting. There was some damage on the property, graffiti in the hallways and there was a scare of someone trying to enter rooms. Finally the pool area was not available.

Plenty of space what didn't you like

Small bathroom.

I liked having a full kitchen with a stove. For what I paid I got exactly what I expected. Slept well. The hotel wasn't too bad. I really enjoyed the balcony. The staff was soo nice and so amazing.

I didn't like that that I had that they used fabulouso for everything to clean. The smell was overpowering in the living room. The motel is extended stay, so some guests utilize the place as more of an apartment setting. The pool was closed for the season unfortunately. Some of the furniture did look like it was used, maybe even overused, such as in a long-term setting.

I had to take cold showers dang near the whole time I was here I done got sick messing with this hotel there staff is lazy as hell it doesn’t make and sense at all they need new everything at this point
