Very convenient location walking distance to get to everything. Restaurants were good

The parking situation is very confusing, be prepared to walk everywhere and from a different building with your luggage. also no microwave in rooms and fridge was very small and you couldn’t change the temperature for the fridge so everything was slightly frozen

The parking was closed and the garage we used was not easy to access. The rooms are very small.

Beds and bedding was great. Bathroom and shower were good.

$20 for parking a block away very disappointing. Room was very small.

This is a great place to stay with an awesome view of the river and downtown. The beds are very comfortable and leave you feeling great the next day. the bathrooms are very modern and every room has a walk in rain shower. The rooms have single king beds so you wont have families staying here for hockey tournaments so there is no chance of noisy kids playing hockey in the hallways. The elevators only work with a room key which works to keep the riff raff out of the hotel. It is worth the money to stay here for a nice relaxing night, you can look forward to waking up well rested and ready to take on the day.

Hard to find a parking spot

I love the location, the rooms are clean and comfortable and well appointed for what I need in a hotel room. The cost was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

There was some very noisy guests on my floor on Saturday night in and out of their rooms, laughing and talking loudly well past 11 pm which was frustrating. I brought ear plugs to drown out the noise. The parking situation was also less than ideal having to go to the adjacent towers parking.

Raj was exceptional in helping us with our booking. Really, all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Left a personal pillow in our room when we checked out and it apparently disappeared...

Great location, underground parking is easy, and everything you need is close. River view rooms are amazing. The river is right there to go for a walk.

Uber drivers always seem to consume the 15 minute pick up and drop off area. Wasn't easy driving around the block over and over again waiting to get a spot to unload. But if you're patient, you'll get in there.
