I would like a receipt. When I booked it was for $157. My credit card was charged $253. And the hotel charged me an additional $46. I don’t know why.

Location is good, close to local restaurants.

One of the elevators was out of service the entire time we were there, and the door to the underground parking garage was stuck open the entire time as well. The broken elevator meant that we had to take the stairs a couple of times, which was ok because we were only on the 4th floor, but we were carrying our luggage and winter coats which made it awkward. And one of the reasons that we typically stay at the Alt is for the safety of the underground parkade, but it was open to anyone entering, even overnight.

First and foremost most they care about our anniversary, and it was a wonderful surprise and great effort by the team to make a lovely setting for our occasion Staff were very friendly and supportive The view was beautiful facing the river Hotel was clean in every corner
