Check in experience was very fast with online system. Front desk staff were a comedy duo & helped us several times with our parking questions.

Just a one night stay here - I found this quick stay to be highly comfortable. We enjoyed the underground parking - important as it was minus 30 when we were there. I found the room to be contemporary, comfortable - minimalistic and thoughtful. Extremely cosy bed. I was on the 12th floor and had a nice view of the river. We enjoyed a happy hour drink in the bar / restaurant that was stylish and welcoming. Only fly in the ointment was someone snow blowing at 5am - no doubt waking up the entire hotel. I would stay here again

The style of the room was very functional ,interesting & comfortable. The bathroom was exceptional.

Parking nor breakfast was not included in the room rate.

Breakfast and location were the only high spots.

I specifically upgraded to a suite in order to use the space to present information to a client. But the TV in the front room was so old that I couldn't connect to it. Even though I phoned the front desk to tell them, after 30 minutes, I finally had to go down to the front desk since my meeting had already started. Maintenance had to drag the much larger TV from my bedroom into the front room but due to its size, had to sit on the desk space and now there was no place to work. I was there for several days and he would have to come in every morning and then return in the evening to move the TV back since for me since it was huge. I declined, saying I didn't want someone coming and going into what should be my personal space, so I forfeited having the bedroom TV. On top of that, the WIFI kept cutting out, there was dust everywhere from moving the TV, and the couch was not in great shape. Not the impression I wanted to leave with my client. What bothered me the most was even thought I had a right to complain, I treated the staff with courtesy, but they seemed indifferent and offered no alternative room or any other type of compensation for the inconvenience.

Location was perfect for our needs. Room was clean and adequate for our needs, although rather small and bare. Staff was very helpful.

Would like an included breakfast, at least continental. Instead continental breakfast was available but for an additional $30 for two. So we just had coffee and toast for $13. We did appreciate that the staff allowed us to do this.
