Quality Inn Lakeville North

The staff were very nice and understanding. The AC is not something I like because i tend to get hot all the time. I had it set on fan, but it acts like its on auto.

Nothing significant about it. The location was convenient, and desk person was nice.

The staff was very helpful. The room was cozy and quiet. Very nice stay.

Very musty, not good for mold allergies. Had to use steps instead of elevator. Broken Handle on window. Was doable but not a first choice.

nothing special, just an older hotel with musty smelling room. Had to open the window and run the air at the same time.

Staff member at check in was extremely crabby and rude. Honestly needs to be retrained or fired.

Checked into our room and the refrigerator didnt get cold. We also checked the beds and there was an orange on the floor and a waterbottle on the floor. Wheb i told the person at the desk he told me that i was lying and he didnt believe me becaise they had the best cleaners.

A quick stay with friends with a pleasant surprise. Quiet and clean room.
