Quality Inn Lakeville North

Building and property were dated. A little updating and upkeep was needed, but the staff was very attentive to any need and top notch. Breakfast was as expected and the nearby area felt safe.

The location was very convenient off interstate 35 and in a quiet area. Lots of parking even for bigger vehicles. The hot tub and pool were clean. Very few pool towels available in pool area. Only two bath towels in our room ( for two guests) so I had to use pool towels to wash my hair. Nice soft water and shampoo and conditioner products were nice and full size on the wall. Very comfortable bed and bedding.

The breakfast was so gross. Cold, spongy scrambled eggs and luke warm turkey sausage. The waffle batter was old maybe, as the waffle tasted pre-stale and odd flavor despite being freshly cooked. Our room was questionably not clean. There was someone's left behind swimsuit in our room and food in the fridge. The lady was slightly rude about us going into the hot tub at 9:30... it closes at 10 and she was abrasive about us being out before that. There is no bathroom in the pool area. That's very inconvenient and slightly concerning about cleanliness. Kids can't wait and will pee in the pool. Broken ice machine and no vending. Front desk has pop and water and chips for sale.

Don’t have the option of a roll away bed which kinda made our stay difficult

Unpleased with the attitude of night personal. Hot tub broke any pool was ice cold and not clean .kid's vary unhappy.would never recommend this place.

King size bed with teeny tiny pillows. Bed was comfy and clean. We really liked our stay. Alma was very helpful when I checked in
