The location was perfect for our plans.

The HVAC unit in the outer wall had an extremely noisy fan.

Breakfast was very skimpy. A few muffins, a few pieces if bread for toast, 2 choices' of dry cereal. The sausage was ok but the scrambled eggs were awful. Coffee was good and the 2 choices of juice were ok. Oh and a waffle maker which I did not use. Parking lot was terrible. Even the handicap parking spot was ice covered and just waiting for someone to fall. I did mention it to the front deck and his answer was "well it's Minnesota and there is snow and ice in Minnesota"' Well I was BORN here in Minnesota and I know enough to shovel and use "ice melt or sand". I will never stay here again. I will certainly tell anyone I know the same things!!! Check in was the pits. We were given our key but when we went to the room it was already occupied. Thankfully the gal that was cleaning rooms helped us as the front desk was deserted and calling on the phone I was told to just leave a message. Oh and one other thing, the bathrooms really need help. Toilets are so low, like for kindergartner age children. Tubs are not safe and are very slippery. Faucet in sink would spray all over, needs maintenance as does refrigerator and the fan on the thru wall heater.

We enjoyed most of the property. The beds were simply amazing and room temperature was great. The bathroom is a good size. Amenities were okay. But the room smelled of a heavy musty odor that we traced to the air conditioner which had wet dirty plugs of dust in it and those were also on the ceiling. We had to go purchase a diffuser to mask that odor. Please clean your heat and air units and disinfect them.
