Aged. Poor finishes. Everything was crooked - floor, doors, etc. The bed was comfortable. Noisey as it's near a freeway. If you go into it thinking an antique experience you will be fine. If you are looking for Montecito elegant. Look elsewhere.

Great location. Rooms could use some updating. One thing I did not like is when taking a shower the temperature of the water would fluctuate, sometimes very hot then cold then back to normal.

The king room was very small, and the window latch didn’t even lock. The elevator is from 1930, which is fine if you can handle keeping two door doors open and get your luggage in all by yourself. On the plus side, the staff was very good, the place was very clean, it was quiet, I just don’t think they should be renting a walk-in closet as a king room.

We didnt stay there- the room was super tiney, there where bedbugs in the bed. We left after a second and they told us that you will contact them in regards the refund. When we tried to get a hold of you you never answered. Pls call me 702-955-8185 Atar

Bedbugs are not for me.
