Montecito Inn

Great location, and the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, the facility is aging and shows significant wear, making it feel inadequate for the price point. My upgraded King room was small, lacked a desk, and the AC unit didn’t function well. On the plus side, the bed and linens were excellent—very comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the bar in the building was lively in a good way, with music. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Always a great place to stay and the location is absolutely perfect

We love staying at the Montacito Inn mostly because the staff are amazing

This is an older property but well maintained and in an absolutely perfect location. We were able to walk for meals shopping and to the beach easily. The bikes were also great to use for exploring. Staff were gracious and attentive. When we checked out they had already gone to get our car because they recognized us ! The pool is small but well maintained. We had the pool area to ourselves quite a bit but when it fills up it can be a little loud. I highly recommend Jeanine’s for breakfast and the honor bar for cocktails. Both just steps away. Just a truly wonderful stay in a magical area for relaxing and unwinding.

Location is excellent and the staff was wonderful

This hotel is in a great location, but it needs some attention to make it feel like a cool spot to stay at this price point. The staff was great, but my room was like a motel. Noisy, old, and absolutely no frills.

The property is thoughtfully designed. I love the walkability of the area. I always enjoy staying here.
