This is a great 4 star property, the rooms are dated.This is NOT a five star property, Four Seasons Hotels are 5 stay properties. This in comparison would be a 3 star, but being generous, I’ll say 4 star because of the area in which it’s in, The breakfast, for the astronomical fee they are charging is shocking.

I stayed here for 7 nights while touring Provence. The hotel, my room, and the spa were all beautiful. I had 5 treatments at the spa during my stay, and all were wonderful. The staff was accommodating, and the food, wow, the food, was spectacular! I highly recommend!

We stayed for 2 days in June 2025. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. This hotel is the perfect place to use as a base camp and come back in the afternoon to layout at the outdoor pool or use the indoor pool and sauna. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay near Avignon but away from tourist huddle/ hustle.

The property is stunning — we received a room upgrade upon check-in to the pool suite, which was spacious and conveniently located next to the gorgeous pool. Our meal at the Michelin-star restaurant was outstanding - and reasonably priced for the high quality. The hotel is a bit outside Avignon and I can’t really imagine staying there without a car, but there’s free parking and plenty of spots. 5 star stay! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing few nights in Provence.

The staff are excellent. The room was really clean and a very good size.

Our first impression on arrival was a little flat. The exterior paintwork as you approach leaves a lot to be desired. First impressions count for a lot. There are no USB connections which are now quite common.
