Very disappointed with this hotel On arrival we were met by a very non plussed receptionist and it did not improve throughout the visit After being shown to our room, no introduction about facilities we were left. No welcome note, fruit etc which is sort of standard for a five star hotel Lino flooring, small towels, very old fashioned bathroom, no coffee pods for machine We were charged $24 for our dog but no bed, bowl etc provided This hotel had a lot to learn. It compares very poorly to other hotels of a similar standard in south of France

Very unfriendly staff at reception Room very basic. Lino floor, no coffee pods, no dog provision, dated decor, no room explanation on arrival, small towels

Amabilité non feinte du personnel. Chambre très spacieuse, balcon très apprécié. Lit et coussins très confortables. WC et SDB séparés. Coté repas: très bon repas au restaurant et petit déjeuner très bien.

Bastante antiguo todo

Toit d'abord le personnel adorable et aux petits soins à chaque instant !! Nous avons pu profiter aussi du restaurant où nous avons super bien mangé. Pareillement le personnel très attentif surtout au fait que je sois enceinte. Très conciliant sur les plats et chaque plat expliqué pour me confirmer qu'il ne présentait aucun risque pour la grossesse. Enfin, j'ai aussi pu bénéficier d'un massage au spa. Je n'avais pas réservé en avance et j'ai pu avoir un créneau immédiatement. Je remercie également la gentillesse du personnel du spa. En plus d'avoir un cadre idyllique, d'installations complètes (hammam, sauna, piscine, jaccuzi). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié d' être chouchouté et entouré de bienveillance.
