The good: Well-appointed, maintained upscale property. Excellent service from staff. The owner visits every table at dinner, soliciting feedback. Disappointments: When one envisions a boutique resort and spa outside of Avignon, it is surrounded by vineyards and lilac fields; instead, it is in the middle of high-density working class homes, high-rise government apartments, next to a school. There are no restaurants or retail establishments nearby, which we felt save visiting. Management aggressively pushes dinner at the restaurant, making repeated phone calls every day to request reservations. Dinner staff does not meet the expectations of a Michelin restaurant. Maitre de fawned over 2 tables of regular guests, rest are served by breakfast staff, who are unable to make proper wine recommendations, took meals away from us after pouring sauce, immediately served to next table. By far the most disappointing meal so far of our trip.

Relaxing, clean, staff is lovely

The room was comfortable but dated . The staff were very helpful .

The location was a shock and d extremely disappointing . The outer appearance of the property is very poor . The breakfast was overpriced and the food was average . The dinner was also poor value for money .

Clean room. Had to ask for iron.Room Service was great. Staff in front was just okay. A couple of times, they didn’t say hello.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the woman that ran the breakfast room is a star.

Restaurant was good but not memorable. Some of the pricing seemed a bit high--E55 for a half bottle of champagne in the mini-bar and drinks at the bar were pricey. We took a cab into and out of the city and that was also more than expected.
