"Excellent as always"

We returned to Auberge de Cassagne for a third time and as always it did not disappoint. We stayed in Room 34 which had a huge king size bed, loads of wardrobe space, safe, dressing table, fridge, table and chairs and outdoor terrace. The bathroom was huge with a heated towel rail, walk in shower and corner bath and his and hers sinks. Nice pool area too with plenty of loungers. Breakfast is a buffet where you can eat inside or our. Special mention to Marie-Jo who took great care of us. A superb hotel which we would highly recommend.

"A lovely place "

A warm welcome and top service : from the Owner who checked on every one at diner to the all Staff in the Auberge The cuisine was top ,a wonderful Chef ( & Attention to our gluten free diet a plus ) We do Thanks Chantal and Sendrine for the Adapted Massage wich really do take care of your conditions thanks to the diiférents techniques developed over the years !!! A wonderfull encounter ! Thanks everyone

"Not 5 star"

Very nice tranquil property. Front desk crew was helpful and accommodating. The room was nice but we had a few issues. The writing desk had no lamp or electrical outlets. The shower area was nice (a door would be helpful). The high step-in tub/shower has no grab bars, which would be nice for those of us with mobility issues; we did finally find a shower mat. Inconsistent hot water in the tub and sink. In my opinion, this 5 star could use some three star amenities. Also, no nearby restaurants

"j'ai été déçu par le comportement du personnel de la réception lorsque j'ai annoncé le décès"

la piscine intérieure et extérieure / hammam et sauna, de très bonne qualité La chambre était très confortable et grande

J'ai dû quitter d'urgence le vendredi 29.08 car j'ai été informé par le médecin de mon père qu'il était décédé à 16h10. Par conséquent, j'ai dû rentrer d'urgence à Genève pour m'occuper avec les pompes funèbres du transfert du corps et d'autres choses administratives. J'ai trouvé que le personnel de l'Auberge ont manqué d'empathie lors de l'annonce du décès et tout de suite se sont justifiée quant à la facture que j'avais payé via booking et du coup, il ne pouvait faire aucun geste commercial.

"Séjour parfait"

Petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et produits de qualité. Personnel aux petits soins. Hôtel très agréable et calme avec ses jardins. Menu du soir délicieux qu’on peut adapter sans problème. Chambre très confortable. Tout était top !

"Een verblijf waar er ontspannende sfeer is."

Op een rustige, afgelegen ligging kan je tot rust komen in een comfortabel verblijf met een mooie tuin , aangenaam binnen- en buitenzwembad. De kamers met terrassen bieden enige privacy. We werden door elkeen vriendelijk onthaald. .
