Sundance Resort Kawaguchiko

Room size was good for 3 people. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Free washing machine to use. There was also a big play room for kids which was a real.plus for us. Nice view of mt Fuji during breakfast.

The small table at the takumi could be smaller. We didn't really have a place to put the table when the beds needed to be made up on the ground. Placing it in the outer room was taking up a lot of space

Great location and lovely staff. Really good size room with a balcony and partial view of Mt Fuji. . Free laundry room. Well stocked kids play room. Lovely breakfast.

Room decor is a bit dated (but this didn't affect our stay at all). Overall really well worth the price!

The room was very large for what i paid. Very luxurious & brilliant facilities. There was a sofa with kitchenette in my room. With onsen facilities and game rooms on the main lobby

You have to get there by car as it is abit secluded and the way in is abit dark after sunset

Everything was perfect as expected. There was a kitchen in the room with utensils, and enjoyed our home cook seafood meals, free laundry room available. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast is very delicious, onsen is good, car parking was convenient.

The property was excellent with free dinner (oh so good!) and breakfast included. The location is superb! You're right at the foot of Mt. Fuji. The amenities are also great, but the onsen was quite plain. I was expecting more, and an outside onsen would be excellent to avail of the beauty of the surroundings. We even saw a family of deers roaming around. The room is spacious with 2 single beds, a large flat screen TV, and a huge tatami room, complete with a kitchen and a good-sized refrigerator. I wish we had stayed longer! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my all the readers!
