キッズルームや貸し出しのおもちゃなど、子供が退屈しないサービスがあって良かった。こちらの事情で到着が遅くなったので、そういう意味では満喫しきれなかった。

とにかく道がわかりづらい。ナビ通りに進んだら、とんでもない道を案内されて大変だった。たまたま通りがかった親切な男性に道を教えてもらい、なんとかたどり着くことができた。

部屋が広く、清潔だった。 お風呂や食堂も使い勝手が良かった。 卓球台も貸切状態で家族で楽しめた。

チェックインが8時ギリギリになってしまい、周りが暗かったせいか、ホテルへの道がわからなくなってしまった。 ホテルに電話をかけ聞いてみたが、対応された方が早口で説明がよくわからなかった。 なんとか辿り着いたが、フロントが閉まっており、チェックインをどうしていいかわからなかった。

ご飯が美味しくて、お部屋は広くて綺麗で音源もあったのですごく良かったです

最初受付の教えてる方が怖かったのでびっくりしました。 笑顔で教えてあげてください

It's a nice, not big hotel in the middle of a forest, thus peaceful and quiet. There are free parking places since it can be reached only by car (the nearest main road is few kilometers away). The room is quite big and consists of a European style part with two queen beds and a Japanese part with futon mattresses, separated with typical Japanese sliding doors. There are two TVs in each part of the room. In the room there's a kitchenette with a cooker, a microwave oven, a fridge and a small dishwasher. Some basic dishes and cutlery are provided. There's also a toilet and a small bathroom. There are various facilities available for free: onsen, kids play room, laundry room etc. The choice of products for breakfast is limited and mainly in Japanese style, but everything is tasty. I recommend ordering dinners. They are not expensive, but tasty and big portions. Each day there's a different Japanese dish served and can be also served in a room.  Upon arrival there was a gift waiting for us in a room in the form of various sweets. The staff was helpful and some of them speak English. We forgot some items in the hotel, but the staff was kind enough to find it and send it to us by Yamato.

There's not much one can complain about. Maybe only one can note that the hotel is quite old and design dated, in 1980s and 90s style, but fortunately everything is operable, we didn't find anything broken.  One may also note that the hotel can be reached only by car as the hotel is located in the middle of a forest by a dead road and the nearest public transport or shops are some kilometers away.
