Good location .clean. Pleasant staff.

Elevator. Concierge on weekend although not “fully” open, what is provided should be attended to a little more often. Got messy and depleted by the evening.

If you enjoy taking the stairs with your luggage, this hotel is for you. Only two of the three elevators appear to be working; the two that are working are incredibly slow. It would also seem that the hotel was designed by a cold-war East German architect as the walls are paper thin - perfect for keeping up to date on your neighbor's conversations. While well located in the downtown core, the hotel needs a major injection of capital to bring it up to standard.

The rooms were clean, but the staff were not knowledgeable. I was told there was no stair access to the rooms when only one elevator was working. I paid a high price for the room and with my elderly relatives it was extremely difficult to wait (sold out due to parents weekend) and then attempt to climb multiple flights of stairs. I do expect some reimbursement for the inconvenience.
