For the price, WiFi should be included. It is a bit ridiculous to pay that amount of money per night and then have to pay for WiFi.

Pleasant decor, cafe employees were very nice, the room was nicely appointed.

Front desk employees were simply mediocre, cafe folks were more customer ficused.Paying for parking was unclear, especially when arriving at night and not noticing the signs with this info due to the darkness, would have been helpful for front desk employees bto explain the parking.

Staff was outstanding. When the breakfast crew heard it was our mother's birthday - they went out of their way to make a surprise pancake and whipped cream "cake" and sing to her. Special thanks to chef Luis Guerra and the wait staff!

Location and the room type we had was very spacious

Room was out dated. The fridge was broke had a funky smell and black stuff dripping inside, the headboard was very worn, the phone didnt work and when you flushed the toilet it sounded like the porcelain was breaking. We needed a rollaway bed had to ask 4 times b4 it was finally brought up to us

Great location. But paying to park in a big open lot is crazy! The water pressure is terrible. The hot water barely gets lukewarm. The front desk said it’s been a problem for many months!! Seriously - and you don’t mention it when I’m booking?? The room is nice, the service is ok, but the vending machines are horrific, the coffee and bar service is below average, and the showers make this a non starter. Mattress is excellent. That’s the only big positive. My profile says close to the elevator - I was one room removed from the furthest to the elevator. Personnel is ok - nice, but hard to understand several. I had to keep asking them to repeat. I travel for work / I would definitely not return to this until they guarantee me the water gets hot and enough pressure to rinse shampoo and conditioner out. Place this on your naughty list. I wouldn’t return for free. Sorry Marriott - we deserve better.
