Great location right in the beach and with the tram stop only across the road was a great convenience. The balcony was lovely with ocean views.

The room itself was run down and dirty. The lounges had stains on them, appeared to be used for schoolies or similar. It was so bad that I used the spare sheets, intended to set up the fold out sofa for our 13 year old daughter, as lounge covers so we could sit down. Our daughter slept in the bed with us as I didn’t want her to sleep on the sticky, stinky mattress on the fold out sofa. Our bath towels and linen were stained/dirty looked like either blood or red lipstick on hand towels. I took photos as soon as we arrived and emailed to the owner. My concerns seemed to be acknowledged, until they were dismissed as “general wear and tear”. I was even more disappointed when the apartment was accessed while we were not there without notice and left unlocked by staff to provide fresh towels. While I was appreciative of the towels and linen being provided, it was an overall let down.

Hole in the bathroom door and bathroom walls are all cracked. Felt a bit run down. Need better bath towels/mat for guest staying for over a week.

Excellent location right across the road from the beach. Great little apartment - spacious and stylish. Great seaview.

It did smell pretty strongly of curry - don't get me wrong it was lovely and clean. It must have been the previous people who had it or cooked it.

Lo único q mejoraría sería actualizar las TV ya que son muy viejas y no se puede usar Netflix o otras aplicaciones

在你預訂成功後,你才會收到一封郵件 請你上傳證件並且付押金300！然後你又會收到第二封要求一大堆的入住說明書！那封說明書基本離不開錢！要自己收垃圾丟垃圾、自己要啟動洗碗機、鑰匙不能交還給樓下櫃檯、家具損壞要賠償⋯⋯ 否則以上全都會被扣押金！對！全部！！可以寄放行李 但不是免費的！？以為房間被佈置的很高級！並沒有,沙發掉皮、冷氣機的噪音根本讓你無法入睡、家具都是老舊的！如果把規則在訂房資訊寫清楚,消費者能接受再預訂！而不是像詐騙一樣的行為！預訂成功才收到要上傳證件跟押金的網站(Booking 在訊息裡有警告語：不要隨意上傳證件！可笑吧！）然後付完押金再收到要你做這做那不然就罰款的說明書！在Booking 上訂到比住Air b&b還更自助的飯店👍🏻建議大家直接訂這棟的飯店就好！服務好、不會給你不知名網站、不會要你做東做西、甚至免費寄放行李！絕對最糟的入住經驗！
