It was a great place to stay and awesome location - we had views of the beach and Nerang river. We were a 10 min walk away from Cavill Lane and also metres away from the tram, which was a 50c ride anywhere and a 2 minute ride to Cavill Lane. Place was clean and beds were comfy.

Great location, room was absolutely beautiful

We booked through booking.com instead of rhapsody, was a bit hard to find the place & the staff were rude because we didn’t book through them. They would not allow an extra toilet roll. Nothing against booking.com or serian themselves though.

The place to collect the keys looked like it was closed, nothing like the picture provided, It is also very hidden around the corner and not as show in the correspondence
