DO NOT BOOK THROUGH SERAIN! I stay at a lot of hotels & this was by far the worst experience ever. Not to mention they ask for bond deposits outside of booking.com which is actually illegal as your bond is legally binding with booking.com with your card details upon making the booking. Once bought up & legality around this they were quick to confirm I didn’t have to pay it. Not to mention the hotel is actually The Rhapsody Resort but Serain owns private rooms. So when you go to get spare towels or linen your told by reception that your not a guest of theirs your actually a guest of their competition, so they will not comply to your requests. Rooms weren’t clean, they don’t get cleaned each day either. I CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW BAD THIS WAS! Worst experience ever!

Good location

Very dirt property , sex stains on couch , sofa bed had sex stains , dishes were dirty. Shower head water flow was horrible. No place to put soap or shampoo in the shower . The whole apartment smelt nasty , like old and dusty .

No biggie and probably due to the amount of apartments but the hot water pressure was low. Not a deal breaker at all
