"Don’t recxomend staying here."

Location was good.

Unhygienic, aircon filters very dirty. Curtains stained. Thin blanket on the bed, resulted in being freezing cold our entire stay. Not even a fitted sheet was on the bed. Dryer didn’t dry our clothes properly. Stove top dirty.

Went for breakfast at the hotel

The restaurant closed early so went to get food elsewhere. Would have been nice to eat supper to see how it would have been. The breakfast was really good

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH SERAIN! I stay at a lot of hotels & this was by far the worst experience ever. Not to mention they ask for bond deposits outside of booking.com which is actually illegal as your bond is legally binding with booking.com with your card details upon making the booking. Once bought up & legality around this they were quick to confirm I didn’t have to pay it. Not to mention the hotel is actually The Rhapsody Resort but Serain owns private rooms. So when you go to get spare towels or linen your told by reception that your not a guest of theirs your actually a guest of their competition, so they will not comply to your requests. Rooms weren’t clean, they don’t get cleaned each day either. I CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW BAD THIS WAS! Worst experience ever!
