We really liked the unit and the location. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Teresa, the host, was responsive to our requests and provided good information regarding local amenities and services.

We didn't like that upon the arrival we were led into unheated unit with no windows, that resembled a bunker rather than living quarters. I wouldn't let my cat stay in that unit. After much back and forth we were moved to the unit described above , where we enjoyed our stay.

The location is really good, in the hearth of this little village. Car has to be parked in 5 min walking distance, no problem at all.

This property is a great location for access to the town centre and a short walk to the train station. The breakfast is at a lovely cafe, a short walk from the apartment.

We booked this property on the basis that, as advertised, we were booking a "two bedroom" apartment, "beach front" with a "private beach”, "views", with a "balcony" and "inner courtyard view” as well as a "garden view" of which the photos included for the property supported this (as well as the price per night!!!). This property has none of this! This is a one bedroom apartment with an extra bed in the living room/kitchen area. There is no balcony or views of any sort. The property is NOT beachfront which we knew as we googled the location prior to booking but assumed due to the elevated location near the beach and photos of the gardens and beach that we'd have a ”beachfront" view. On question, the host indicated that the shared courtyard which served as the entrance/laundry area (see photo) was the "balcony" and that all views and photos of views were not at the property but down the road further. The host said this was stated in the booking - she tried to find this but she couldn't. It is not stated anywhere!! The host offered to move us to the ground floor apartment on our third night (we stayed five nights) so that we could have direct access to the "courtyard" however this was declined as was inconvenient for everyone and was not a resolution to the more pressing issues raised regarding this property. I strongly recommended to the host that the description of the property be updated to more appropriately reflect the apartment being offered.

Very spacious terrace. Close to everything: beach, train station, shops, restaurants. Hosts are very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing to complain about.

Good central location within easy walking distance to train station which made it easy to get to Pompeii. Walking distance to beach although a lot of stairs to get down to it. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Apartment was well equipped.

Great location. Great facilities all we could have asked for. great central location in vico your in the thick of it. Surrounded in history. Great restaurants bars and cafe. Locals are very helpful and friendly.

Nothing really its all good.

Apartment was large, although kitchen small. Bathroom adequate, but would be more convenient if it had some towel racks for hanging hand towel, a spot for toothbrushes, larger garbage, etc. While dated, apartment was clean. Location - Great location in the middle of Vico. But there is no 'beach view'. We were expecting to see the water from our apartment. We enjoyed the croissants from Zirellis for breakfast. Owners were definitely trying to be accommodating. Quick response from Teresa via whatsspp. Although, when she showed in person she was in a hurry, and we felt our questions were inconveniencing her. Beach - we found the free one!! The Pezzalo beach. Turn left out of gate, and go straight. Pass Hotel Sporting and the beautiful park overlooking the sea. Just passed the park - roughly 30 metres, on the opposite aide of the road, you will see and opening in the wall and a set of steps. Follow those steps - 235 of them down to the beach. Once you arrive on the beach there are paid loungers in front of you or if you go to the left around the cliff there is a free stretch of beach with lots of sea glass!! Alternatively, you can pay 9 euro per person to use elevator at hotel sporting. We also heard there is a shuttle to and from the beach, but we didn't use it.

Electric outlets were pulled off from wall. Hard to plug things in to wall in main bedroom because of location bed is bolted to wall. Small kitchen.
