Victoria Resort and Bed & Breakfast

My husband and I went for a long weekend getaway. The in room jacuzzi tub was perfect for our tired muscles. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious. The owners are great people and the cook is just the sweetest. The hospitality you receive at this B & B is phenomenal. It's why we keep coming back...

We had a little get away and stayed at Victoria resort B & B. The location is tucked away into a quite street a few blocks off the beach. This was our first stay here but we had reservations a year earlier that had that a communication issue. Elizabeth took excellent care of us on this visit . We were the only guests while we were there. Breakfast was wonderful as others have stated a wide variety . The room was well set up, plenty of space and very comfortable. I was not aware the room had refrigerator and freezer in it. I didn't see that on the website prior to arrival. We have stayed in South Haven 3 times prior and we will certainly return to Victoria resort B & B.

This was our second stay here at the Victoria Resort, first stay with the new owners. This place is a gem and Head Chef, Elizabeth is a model employee. Her breakfasts are over the top delicious and she respects dietary needs. All 3 mornings she served up scrumptious dishes. The room was clean, we had a jacuzzi tub and oh was it worth the little extra $ to watch the Notre Dame game while soaking in the hot water. We would choose this B & B every single time we come to South Haven.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The accommodation is a little quirky, but to be expected of an older property. Breakfast was meh - aside from fruit and yogurt it was essentially desert - sweet sausage and sugary cinnamon bake. I would have preferred eggs and toast.

Clean and accommodating.

This was a wonderful little gem! It's under new management and they are making great efforts to upgrades and special touches to make the stay even better. My friend and I stayed in one of the cozy cabins and it was just adorable... you can walk to the beach or stay on the grounds enjoying the picnic tables, pool, firepit and an impressive pickleball court - glassed in and with night lights! Very peaceful, very cozy - just the prefect spot for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Historical, our first BnB. Easy to find. Easy to park. Shopping and food and lake nearby. We went kayaking nearby. Ate and fantastic places. Easy to maneuver. Love the big tub and fireplace. Overall nice area and stay.

Our anniversary getaway in South Haven at this resort was very pleasant and relaxing. We walked to the beach within 5 blocks and continued into town for dinner. There are bike trails (MI Trailways) accessible a short distance from the resort. The V.R. grounds were lovely and our "cozy room" was very comfortable. Thank you Elizabeth, for the delicious breakfast that you prepared and served so elegantly. You are a lovely Innkeeper.

Very nice time, once again. We have been coming to the Victoria annually for the last 5 years and will definitely do it again. Great atmosphere and people !!

I guess I should have done a bit more research but I was swayed to stay here by the high rating. I thought the decor was extremely dated and the facilities are as well. Most everything in our room was mismatched from the tile to the gold then satin nickel bath handles. The worst feature is the bed which was the worst mattress I have ever slept on. Breakfast was nice and the server was extremely nice.
