Oporto Palace Apartments

Facilmente viveria aqui. Ótimo espaço localizado numa zona acessível, equipado com tudo o que é necessário para a estadia. Funcionários eficientes e de rápido contacto a todo o tempo, esclarecendo as minhas dúvidas desde o princípio da estadia. Infelizmente estava um tempo muito chuvoso no Porto, e não pude aproveitar a varanda, mas no verão deve ser perfeito. Ótima experiência, e se regressar ao Porto, facilmente escolherei este local novamente.

para auxiliar na manutenção ao longo da estadia, seria bom manter uma vassoura, um spray multi-usos e sacos de lixo. Mas de resto foi tudo ótimo.

La struttura è molto accogliente e moderna. Per quanto riguarda i servizi, in linea generale sono ottimi. Lo staff è molto disponibile e gentile. La posizione è ottima, e nonostante l’appartamento si trovi al primo piano, è molto silenzioso. In definitiva lo consiglio.

La cosa che non mi è piaciuta è la pulizia delle lenzuola e delle coperte, decisamente da migliorare. Inoltre tre asciugamani per due persone e per sei giorni sono pochi, inoltre molto discutibile che se ne vuoi di più o li vuoi cambiare si deve pagare.

i loved the location and the apartment was very clean, smartly organized and with everything needed for the stay both check in and check out were very easy mind that you only have a few capsules of coffee and the 2 persons bed is made by two single beds also the ac functions but it's slow but these are very small details because the rest is amazing

the sliding door to the balcony that it's in the living room/kitchen missed a handle so you couldn't lock it from the inside but still it's not possible to open it from the outside so there's not really that scary side of it for people to enter but should be fixed

We really enjoyed how easy was the communication with the staff and how lovely they were. They even let us store our luggage for a few hours on their reception on the first day. Moreover, the taxi from the airport to the building was free and arranged by the staff.

1. The door window was stuck, so the only sunlight we had was from the the balcony door (note: the door window was half of the room, as shown in pictures). 2. The lock on the bathroom door was missing so everytime we want it to use it, it didn’t close (no privacy). 3. There was no heat in the bathroom, which made it quite cold. 4. The toilet lid was broken. 5. The shower drain was loose and potentially dangerous. 6. The Wi-Fi in the apartment only worked intermittently. 7. This is a minor concern, but having only two pillows at bed was not ideal. The bed wasn’t comfy so only having one pillow per person (I stayed with my partner) wasn’t ideal.

The property is 100 percentage worth the money.

All was perfect.
