They say "high speed internet", but this is completely deceving. The net speed is 24kbps!!!! It's terribly low speed. Furthermore, although I inform them the problem of internet speed, they didn't fix it, they just swithc-off and on to reset the system. Absolutely this does not fix the speed problem. One more thing, the wifi is relatively strong near the room entrance, but it is very weak in the middle of the room!!! In summary, If you need high speed internet, I DEFINITELY recommend to stay at other hotels or apartment housees.

"Schöne großzügige Stadtwohnung"

Lage war gut, Wohnung hat alles geboten, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt dort benötigt haben. Die Wohnung ist hell und für eine Wohnung an der Straße relativ ruhig. Der Balkon zur Straße war okay, wir haben ihn aber kaum genutzt.

O staff que trabalha aqui. Muito amigável ligando para saber se está tudo bem, enviando msg para update ao longo da estadia. No primeiro dia encontrei duas sras, acho que trabalham aí e foram muito gentis e deram me suporte ajuda logo na entrada. Agradeço imensamente
