Staff and gardens

The location is ideal. One block from the main central square. It is a quiet, beautiful hotel with art and friendly staff. It's a great reprieve for calm. The breakfast is lovely. The beds are super cozy - big fluffy comforters, flannel sheets, bed warmers if you want them. We have loved staying here over the years. In my opinion, it's set up for beauty, calm and the treasure that it is. We traveled with our son and another family for spring break and we were too rambunctious for staying here.

What a beautiful hotel! The staff was so accommodating and helped us set up a tour that was just what we wanted. The breakfast was fabulous as well. The bed was very comfortable. We plan to cone back again soon

Wife and daughter loved it. Location is great, great customer service. Parking was a little inconvenient. Rooms are spacious.

Excellent location. loved relaxing in the beautiful courtyard with fountain. the staff were wonderful. The room was so well decorated with every convenience supplied. Very clean. great full breakfast. We loved our stay. Would come back and recommend to friends.

Hotel Casa Encantada was completely magical and charming! The staff was just as wonderful and everyone made my stay so special. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your next adventure to Patzcuaro!!
