Clear instructions, easy access, clean and quiet house. Climate control worked great even on hot days and even on the top floor. It was totally as promised. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and an independent bookstore. I would note that Monday and Tuesday can be pretty quiet and not all restaurants are open on those days.

The property is well cared for and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The facility is situated in a neighborhood that is only several blocks from shops, restaurants and several public parks ideal for sitting and reading and relaxing. Never once did we feel not safe and everyone we met was pleasant and offered information on the area.

Our room was Suite 5 - it is on the 3rd floor of the facility so it was the attic at one point in the past. Being the attic the room has the roof slope taking up some ceiling space on the sides and we both whacked our heads at least 4 times each over the course of two days. The thing that shocked us a bit was the space carved out for the bathroom. It was around the corner on the opposite side of the room and the toilet was situated in the corner completely exposed without a door. We are not prudes but there are times when privacy is desired. The only 'door' in that part of the room was a wooden folding screen. I attached a photo. Our overall concern is that we had no idea that this was the room configuration as it does not say on the booking description that i could find. If you are rolling single this is your room. If you are a couple you might want to go elsewhere.

The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was amazing and just all the little thoughtful things such as the Nespresso pods snacks very good instructions on all the important things such as parking and Internet and the locks. And of course, the location was perfect.

There was nothing that I was unhappy with. Probably just to note when people do book to understand that they may be located on the second or third floor and take that into consideration with the type of luggage they bring.

It was a wonderful place to stay on our journey after a long drive.

Easy access with "coded" entry. Room was small but very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and adequately sized. Water was hot and the pressure was good. Free snacks was a nice "plus". Parking was on the street but the area appeared safe and spots were easy to obtain. Will certainly consider again for our next visit!

The only issue is that windows don’t open (on ground floor). But there is good air conditioning and heat

The property —a classic Hudsonian house restored with care— and room were exceptionally clean and very well appointed. The complimentary coffee and snacks in the shared kitchen were very thoughtful (and delicious) and communication with the owner via text was lightning speed. We would stay here again and will definitely recommend to our friends!
