Nest Hudson

good location (quiet, but shot distance to restaurants, coffee shops), nice backyard, coffee/snacks 24/7, spacious room, all amendments are in good working order, free on-street parking

the floors are squeaky

The place is nice and clean, but noisy, not because anyone was particularly loud because (from my bed in Suite #1) I could hear everything: every footstep upstairs, entire conversations on the porch and in the property next door where construction was going on. My first night there, I got out of bed a couple of times, startled, thinking that someone was inside the room, but it was probably just someone in the hallway or in the kitchen. One night, guests hanging out on the porch were smoking, and the smoke also seeped into my room.

The Nest properties are located right in the center of Hudson, so you can walk to everything. The property was immaculate and well organized. Lovely outdoor space too and area set aside for coffee & tea, snacks

Only issue was that bed was quite firm, so check if you don like that. Also, bathroom was open floor plan with toilet open to rest of the space. There was a screen to privatize the area, but not an easy athroom

clean, great location, efficient communication, comfortable bed

No sitting room or other indoor space outside of bedroom

Perfect location. Close to all of the shops and restaurants downtown
