Lowell Inn

Staff were absolutely superior. The hotel itself felt empty. No coffee etc in lobbyv in afternoon. No coffee in room. No breakfast available. It felt almost like the owners aren't concerned with guest comfort. The hotelbitself was beautiful with all the old world charm, though our room was sparcly decorated

The Lowell Inn is a beautiful hotel. The old section and lobby are amazing. The staff were all wonderful and helpful. One word of advice has to do with accessibility. The website mentions accessibility with an elevator. We were in the annex, a more modern add on section to the hotel I would recommend that you call because, although parking is free, which is a great amenity, the elevators in the parking ramp do not work. We were able to enter our floor (each level of the annex could be entered from the parking ramp) from our car which worked but if we wanted coffee in the lobby, we would have to take the stairs, which would not work for me. Maybe there is an elevator in the old/original hotel but not sure. So be safe and call which I didn't because I assumed the elevator would work. Also no coffee maker in the room which would have solved the stair issue. BUT lovely hotel!

Room was small, but perfect place to stay at for my brothers wedding. Just a few blocks from the river.

Historic hotel that has kept its charm. Lovely antiques throughout. Historic rooms are spacious - with updated baths and very comfortable beds. Beautiful patio for dining or drinks. Restaurant is beautifully appointed and has great food.

The inn’s location was great, right around the corner from shopping and restaurants. The staff was very helpful. The city parking ramp attached to the inn is so helpful.

The property was clean and landscaped nicely. Easy access to the downtown area.
