Lowell Inn

It's such a cool place. The property has kept its original charm since it was rebuilt in the 30s. If you want that nostalgic feel, this is the place. The staff was excellent and friendly, and they provided good advice on where to eat dinner and the local attractions.

The room lacked some amenities, but really, most people are not in town to stay in their room all day. Most people will be downtown, roaming the shops and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful time, and I plan to stay there again when I'm back in town.

It was historic, but there was a very strong musty smell. The rooms were not very functional - rooms have windows to the hallway. They had mini blinds but it was like daylight in our room all night from the light in the hallway. The light to the bathroom is outside the bathroom by the door so if you use it in the middle of the night you have to blind your partner until you get into the bathroom. There was also no counter space just a pedestal sink. There was plenty of room for some additional shelves.

We will stay @ Lowell inn again !

This organization was easy to work with and very hospitable to our group. They had solutions for problems we encountered and were able to make sure that we were comfortable in both the meeting and lodging accommodations. Very pleased with the proximity to so many fun activities in Stillwater. The Lowell will be at the top of our list for our next trip.

I love the historic building.

$300 + per night is VERY EXPENSIVE.
