Right on the water. Lovely cafe next door. Staff were very attentive and when I alerted them to a problem in the bathroom it was fixed within minutes. Rooms were spacious. Easy parking system.

I didn’t understand why the bathroom was set up for wheelchair/ disable access, when the room was on the second floor, up a flight of stairs and there was no lift….

The location and price were excellent.

We booked a disabled room and there were 20 steep stairs to access the room. I don't recall reading about the stairs anywhere on the booking process. The restaurant was closed in the evening of New Year's Eve and we could not easily access a viewing point for the fireworks at Newport. The restaurant was again closed on New Year's Day. As it was raining we decided to vacate our room a day early.

What an amazing location. The room was exceptional.

Bath tap is very slow and the toilet is a little cramped but the room is beautiful
