Breakfast wasnt included. We went to the Church point cafe. Had dinner the night of the stay - sublime -loved the blankets, loved the beef cheek, loved the still evening with the fat moon hanging there over the sparkling water. A pity the main large restuarant was no longer open (just used for sunday lunch and events), the Palms has a bistro feel, and not a restaurant feel. But still very nice. Maybe add some local table lights to read the menus! (we used our phones). For couples - fantastic experience being on the water and with the local buzz and food shops.

Hot water took quite a long time to work its way through the pipes, but came out eventually. Taps and fittings not so easy to work. The sea facing rooms have a great view, but are begging for a balcony! Not all TV functions seem to work - especially to play music.
