Budds Beach Apartments

Budds Beach Apartments are good value for the price. Rooms are small, but adequate. Air conditioner was great..and very quiet. We stayed in Unit 11, which had quite a few problems (eg. bathroom door dragging on the tiles, fan with a severe wobble, clock not working). We reported these to the management, but nothing was done while we were there. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the tram.

Check in was easy. Comfortable layout of apartment with everything we needed.

I had a 5 night stay and found the service was very good. The apartment was clean and very quiet, in a very good location. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

We were having a family get together at Budds Beach so it was a convenient place to sleep. The floors were't properly cleaned with bits of hair and band aids found on the floor.

Budd's was clean, comfortable and close to the tram station and event we were attending.

Renovated room done well. Pool area is great. Full foxtel and free wifi a bonus. Extremely good value. Hope all rooms will be renovated to this standard. Excellent spot close to Surfers but very quiet.

I booked this as kind of a ‘cheap and cheerful’ accomodation in the heart of Surfers but it turned out to be so much more! While we were only 5-10 minutes walk from Cavill Ave, we were also close to the Nerang River and the quieter side of things which we came to really appreciate. The apartment itself was freshly painted, comfortable and well equipped. We also had free wi-fi and secure undercover parking. We found the front desk friendly and helpful - the recommendation of Bumbles cafe round the corner was a real winner. After being unsure of what we were booking, we would now be happy to return!

Cheap. So don't expect five star luxury. Comfortable and clean. Rooms aren't very sound proof could hear my neighbours conversations. The room was small but clean and adequately supplied. The iron and ironing board were unsatisfactory.

Central location that allowed us to access all we needed.

This was a recently renovated apartment within an easy walk to the main part of Surfers, the supermarket and bus stop.
