Budds Beach Apartments

We were very well situated for the beach & shops etc. At first we missed having a river view but the peace & quiet made up for that A comfortable stay

An ideal location if you want to be close to the centre but not right in the thick of things. The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed for a couple of nights. Basic but comfortable. The shower was really nice. But the washing machine not so great. I think it just wet our clothes rather than washed them! It was a really quiet place to stay. The pool looked lovely although we didn't get a chance to use it.

It's a one bedroom apartment that contains all that you need for your holidays. Great location, so close to all the shopping centers in Surfers Paradise. Quiet place, clean. Excellent for good but affordable holidays.

Nice recently reconditioned room. Driving distance to downtown...

Close to central surfers, lockup basement garage, pool area ok.

This apartment is a great place to stay for a week long holiday. It is close to the bus stop (about 4 minutes walk) for getting to Movie World, Sea World and Wet n Wild. The place is also close to Coles Supermarket, about 8 minutes walk. The apartment has a bedroom a toilet with washing machine and drying machine and a kitchen with everything required to cook a nice family feast for two or more!

Old, run down apartments but excellent staff. Broken shower nozzle that was partially repaired on request although maintenance person left muddy footprints all through bathroom and shower. Shower door broken. Stayed for 3 nights but only half roll of toilet paper. Needs new mattress. Great location though!

In a very handy spot close to the beach and CBD. Good value for the price we paid however.

In terms of the room, I guess you get what you pay for. My bathroom ceiling and shower was growing mold and needed a good clean. Upon arrival I found management to be quite rude. There were small holes in the ceiling of the bedroom and lounge and a large unfixed hole in the bedroom/living area door.

Served its purpose as just a base. Easy walk to Cavill. Staff helpful with directions and map. No complimentary toiletries.
