Location excellent.

Room had not been serviced properly. Bath room in poor state and a smell- upon in bathroom. Discovering that soiled toilet paper left in bin , it seems no attempt to empty bin prior to letting room out. The pet rooster disturbing sleep!

There was plenty of room outside for children to run and play and had lovely visits from local wildlife. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

A lot. Room very dated and in need of maintenance. Carpet in room was filthy dirty and stained. Reverse cycle air conditioning didn’t work. Shower mouldy. Communal outside rubbish bins overflowing (presumably from busy Easter time) but not removed or emptied until our second day. Food at the restaurant was terrible.

The lodge is on a beautiful quiet property and the views are breathtaking. The staff are all so lovely and there is plenty of animals roaming around! Love the restaurant and bar, it’s got an old feel which I love! The location is amazing, 2 minute drive from Hill end town centre & there is plenty to explore!

This place is fantastic, everything you need is there. No need to go out for dinner. Breakfast is also included
