I liked that the owner responded to my questions promptly and gave me the property unit and door code which facilitated our check-in. We also liked that there are extra folding beds and beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler bag which we used when we went to the beach.

Wish there are enough toiletries esp the basic ones like toilet paper, paper napkins, laundry detergent. Also, there is no scissors in the unit. The microwave handle is broken and we use caution while opening and closing it. There should also be a warning that you cannot use the stove and microwave simultaneously as the power trips which happened several times . It was a good thing we found the circuit box, otherwise there is no electricity in the bedroom. Also, parking space is quite tight.

Unit was very clean, host was very responsive, bed was large and comfortable, kind welcome coffee and snacks, had beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, fridge worked great, pool was really nice and pleasant. We loved our time on lanai but had to purchase a tabletop tiki light to see after dark since outdoor light was missing with bare wires hanging out of wall.

For the very high price, I expected a unit in better shape. Many renovations were done and quite nice but some were needed (missing floor trim, smelly stain on tile in bedroom, ceiling fan in bathroom hanging down, screen door slightly ripped, rusty air con with blue tape to hold on front, missing porch light with bare wires hanging out. We paid a 5 star price but this was a 3 * unit. We would definitely stay again if like I say, we paid half the price. Additionally, after checking out we received a text offer to receive immediate funds back on our charge card if we left a 10/10 review on this unit. Now I understand why the reviews all led one to believe this was a exceptional unit. This is nice but not worth $500+ per night.

There are so many seasonings, so it's convenient to cook

shampoo and soap are not enough

Everything. Location, room size, view, etc. We would definitely rent again. Not to mention the pool area and BBQ grill
