Kihei Kai Nani 349 - One Bedroom Condo

I did not stay @ this place...cancelled my trip/ unable to cancel reservation/ called owner to advise wished to cancel, but didn't work...what more can I say...very disappointed, will know better next time.

It was spotless, had plenty of towels, fully equipped condo including beach gear. Location was perfect with beach right across the street and some very tasty places for food all within walking distance.

My only dislike was that my condo was right next to smoking area because the smell wafted in every time.

Convenient to beach, restaurants and shops.

It wasn’t clean when we arrived but the owner had nothing to do with the miscommunication with the cleaning company. Please do not hold the owner responsible.

Great location, large enough for a couple to live in, well appointed / furnished / equipped- every thing you may need was provided. Good internet speed. Handy to a variety of shops & restaurants. Outlook orientation was great for the sun & breeze. Balcony overlooked leafy courtyard & shade areas. Far enough back from the road to minimise traffic noise. Two minutes walk to the beach.

Location, location, location !!! Across from Kamaole 2 Beach, near shops and good restaurants. Super well maintained , clean pool, gardens, laundry room. Appartement has everything you need, coffee makers, TV, roku, great shower, lots of closet space, big bed, patio...

A/C unit is only in the living room, bedroom had a fan, but it gets stuffy. There are windows but you don't want to open them at night because of critters and roosters crowing as soon as the day breaks ( 5 am!) We used a blanket to cover the couch that smelled musty/sweaty.

The location was ideal walking distance to beach. It’s equipped with beach stuff. The grounds are well maintained they have a security guard.

I did not like that the condo was dusty and needed a deep cleaning. The back sliding door to the patio was a nightmare we couldn’t get it to open or shut with out making a big ruckus. The tea pot on the stove had tea in it from the guest before us.
