Location and facilities were great

Not very good air conditioning

It was very close to the beach Nice and clean 1 bedroom apartment Bathroom and kitchen had everything you need to feel comfortable

It is ground level and on our 3rd day we ended up with several young ladies that booked as a group both apartments above us They were very noisy,slammed the doors ,running from one apartment to another;drinking and being loud on the balcony until late at night We had to lay down in bed and still listen to them even at 2 pm in the morning We called the security and for one day were quiet;then they just moved their party inside and the non-stop slamming of the doors shake everything downstairs I understand people come for vacation and want to party but this has been over the limits and after midnight noise really interfered with our sleeping The metal doors should have some padding definitely that will not shake the entire building when close or someone is literally slamming the door. Everything was great about the place except the constant noise

The apartment was well equipped, generally clean and spacious. It was well located in a quiet area and close to the beach.

The air-conditioning was very noisy and ineffective. The weather was quite hot, and to make matters worse, the balcony door could not be opened to allow ventilation (this had been reported as an issue way back in May 23 in feedback). Also, the windows were difficult to open fully, or the opening mechanism was broken. We tried to contact the owner by phone and through booking.com messaging. The office also sent her an email. There was no response. We could not access or use the balcony. I generally do not leave negative feedback, but in view of no response from the owner and the fact that we paid close to USD 300 per night, this is not acceptable.

This is an excellent location, the unit is spacious, and the furniture was comfortable. We especially liked the high quality of the appliances and the upgraded bathroom. The balcony was enjoyable to use. The owner was very responsive when we asked questions.

The unit does not have central air conditioning, although there is an air conditioner serving the living room/kitchen. The bedroom has an air handler that helped cool it off, but it is not an air conditioner and is very noisy. The lack of written instructions for the unit in the bedroom made it a challenge. Similarly, there were instructions for the TV remote for the cable, but the subscription had lapsed.

Amazing stay , nice one BR condo by the beach fully renovated , enjoyed the goodies bag they left us will surely be back again ...

I loved the beautiful landscape, location was amazing 10 minute walk either way to great food and shops. The beach was so close about 5 a minute walk .
