DE"Good"
Tolle Lage, gepflegte Anlage
Starker Schimmelbefall in der Waschmaschine und Trockner, uralte schlecht funktionierende Klimaanlage
US"Nice overall. Linens were clean and fresh. Lots of dishes, pots, pans, utensils. BBQ grill availa"
We prepared our own breakfast
There were ants everywhere. We found some spray that we used in the shower and bathroom sink but didn't dare use it in the kitchen around food. Washer and Dryer were broken? We had to use the machines near the office and pay to use them. Laundry room was clean and nice and had a change machine for getting quarters.

US"Poor to Disappointing - Don't trust the positive reviews."
Check in was easy as the door on this unit had a code, but check-in required checking with the front desk (after closing time) to be able to get a parking pass if you had a car to avoid issues. The location is very close to the Kamaole beaches II and III, which are great for kids. The shower had great water pressure.
I'm reposting this review because the owner or management company offered to pay me to remove it and stiffed me on payment. Check-in was easy and the location was great for gentle beaches, but the problem is that all units are individually owned and managed by the complex's property management. As a result, unit quality is inconsistent -- it will likely not look nearly as good as the photos that are posted. Our unit (Unit 174) had a lot of quality issue as it seems the owner hasn't updated it thoroughly -- They recently relaid the floor and extra flooring was in the closet, but all of the appliances and furniture was damaged. Outlet covers were broken and not safe for kids. Some lights were repaired with duct tape. There was a massive free standing A/C unit in the bedroom that was jury-rigged to the window - it was loud and hard to sleep. The unit offered beach toys and supplies, but these were really a selection what looked like broken and unpaired items left behind by previous tenants (single fins from a snorkel set, broken umbrellas and rusty chairs, etc). The walls/corners appeared to have water damage or mold that was just painted over. The back deck had a lot of mosquitoes outside but it was fine if you kept the screen closed (the screen was a little off track but at least it worked.) Despite the prevalence of rental companies offering electric cars on the island, the complex won't let you charge electric vehicles, which required me to spend several hours late at night away form vacation so my family could get around the island as needed. I thought we found a 'good value' stay given the positive ratings for this place, but with this experience I would have paid more to go else.

Air conditioning unit in bedroom was loud. No place to put luggage in bedroom.
US"A vibe, clean and comfy, and oh yeah - nightly sunsets."
Loved this condo - so retro looking and comfy.
CA"Overall good experience. Just wish I had a clear picture of the unit location."
Close to the beach and pool on the property
The map showed that the unit was in a different building so where we actually were was really old due to the noise of local businesses and the smoke pit on property.
