Hyatt Regency Algiers Airport

Les chambres sont toujours top, mais je trouve qu il y a un manque d’entretien, les portes des toilettes du rdc ne ferment plus, il y a des fuites d eau, la porte du Hammam coince et il y a de la rouille

As a Discoverist member of Hyatt I continue staying at Hyatt hotels everywhere in a world for business . However, Hyatt regency hotel of Alger Algeria Airport has a very poor customer service unfortunately that is not the standard of Hyatt hotel. This time I had a very terrible experience. My bad experience was at the restaurant by the stuff member of Hyatt during a breakfast time. Resturant stuff and bar are very bad regarding their customers service. The last day of my stay I went for breakfast. Sometimes we forget if the breakfast is included or not in our booking that can happen. Before getting in a person stuff ask about the room number to check if breakfast is already pay and included or not. Once he check my room I heard him saying included. Before finishing my breakfast a service name Dalila brought a bill put it on the table with a very bad attitude without saying good morning or anything she has a very bad attitude all the time I am at the breakfast not a first time. When I tried to ask her why she is giving me a bill as my understanding the breakfast is included she ignored me. Went to see the person at the breakfast door name abdelra to clarify this he said I told is not included I tried to explain to him that I just heard included but he started yelling at me and asking me to pay in front of everybody I had nothing with me so I asked him to put it on the room. He refused. When I said your customer service is bad he said you are in a bad position to tell me that.

The property is beautiful, but the room was missing some essentials for two guests, such as slippers, extra bath towels, and a coffee mug.

Amazing experiences very nice staffs members Best room ( King Bed de Luxe ) They transport you from the hotel to the airports , just book a slot and they will pick you up Nice variety of foods for breakfast from salted to sweet i will recommend friends and family to Hyatt regency

If you're coming to Algiers for a short trip, Hyatt is the place to be. It is conveniently located with excellent rooms, friendly staff and amazing service. For business travellers, there's lots of common space and private rooms for meetings.

Nothing special

The hotel is conveniently located by Algiers International Airport (you need to cross a pedestrian bridge that connects the hotel to the airport). You can reach downtown within 30 min via train, yassir, or taxi (more expensive). The hotel and room are in excellent condition and I do not have any issue in this regard. Staff at the reception and the restaurant were very courteous and welcoming! I had an early check-in which definitely helps!

Convenient location

No comment ! they charged me with a second room, saying that my son is an adult !!! I already mentioned through Expedia that we will be three, and the reservation was made for a room for three persons. The staff men was as rigid as a rock without any facial expression!!!!! Second surprise!!!! The bed was not changed only arranged, the perfume of the person’s before still on it. No shampoo, women’s hair in some corner’s !!! The only positive match in this place is the restaurant staff five stars team. I just wondered what all these women of joy have to do in a five star hotel!!!!! I stayed four times in this place, I will never make a pace there in the futur. Pass your way it’s just a bling bling it doesn’t worth a penny.
