In de bar stond Albert, hele hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. Goed in het maken van een heerlijke cappuccino!

Location was great, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Service in all areas of hotel was exceptional.

The room size was generous, the pool area was very clean and just great for cooling off after a long day sightseeing. Lots of choice at breakfast.

The hotel is in a good location, right in the middle of Jakarta. We arrived a bit early before check in time and the room was ready for check in, good for us to rest after the oversea flight. Spacious room, clean, friendly staff. The breakfast was super, many choice to choose so it's good for us even not familiar with Indonesian food. The lobby is huge, very relaxing area same as big restaurant. I can see the swimming pool from the room but didn't have time to use. Overall I would recommend to stay here as its best location and value of money.
