The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly

The breakfast is the same every day You have to ask the staff to refill the food as most are looking at their phone's I hear other guests say the food is not nice I had food in the restaurant at night it was very nice To improve you MUST improve the quality and variety and have a vegetarian option

I was looking for a hotel in Jakarta for a staycation/WFH, and I’m so glad I found this hotel. I made a last-minute booking and stayed from 26 May to 1 June in a Deluxe Room. The lobby is spacious, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff member who handled my check-in was very friendly. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he was a gentleman wearing glasses. I was assigned a room on the 10th floor with a great view overlooking the main road, exactly as I requested. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I was glad it came with a bathtub. There are only two things I hope the hotel can improve. First, the Smart TV is restricted to regular TV channels and doesn’t provide access to streaming services. It would be great if the hotel could unlock the Smart TV features in the future. Thankfully, the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay, so it wasn’t a major issue. Second, the sink still uses separate hot and cold water knobs. It can be a little difficult to adjust them when your hands are soapy or wet. Hopefully, this is something the hotel can consider upgrading in the future. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the Sky Garden, which is quite rare for a city hotel. It’s surprisingly large and provides a relaxing green space in the middle of Jakarta. Moving on to F&B, the breakfast selection was quite varied, with both Western and Asian options available. As a pasta lover, I was so happy that they served a pasta dish almost every day. In terms of taste, some dishes were excellent while others were average, but overall the breakfast experience was enjoyable. My personal favorites during this stay were the Penne Aglio Olio served on Thursday, the Fish with Yellow Pickled Sauce served on Saturday, and the live-cooking Nasi Goreng, which was delicious. I was also happy to see Jamu being offered at breakfast. It tasted really good. One suggestion I have would be to place small labels in front of each Jamu bottle so guests know what they’re drinking. Another breakfast highlight was one of the desserts served during breakfast, which I believe was either Klappertaart or Bread Pudding. Whatever it was, it tasted really good and quickly became one of my favorite breakfast items during my stay. One thing I hope the hotel considers adding in the future is beef bacon. Besides pasta, that’s one of my favorite breakfast items. I would also love to see pineapple included in the fruit section. Throughout my stay, I never saw any pineapple being served. Hopefully, I’ll get to enjoy it during my next visit. I also spent quite a bit of time in the Club Lounge, which became one of my favorite spots to read, work, or simply relax. I would like to give a special shout-out to the pastry team for their tiramisu. Not only was the presentation beautiful, but it also tasted amazing. I also tried the Buffalo Chicken Wings, and they were surprisingly good. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay, and a huge part of that was because of the excellent service provided by the staff. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. Special thanks to: 1. The gentleman with glasses who handled my check-in process. 2. The Housekeeping Team, who were always helpful whenever I called in the morning to request room cleaning before heading to breakfast. 3. The Breakfast Team, especially Imel, who was always present and welcoming during breakfast service. 4. Omar from the Lounge Bar for his excellent service. 5. The security officer stationed near the pool area. I believe he was from Eastern Indonesia. He was always smiling and greeted guests warmly. 6. Judith, who handled my check-out process. She was very attentive and truly demonstrated top-level hospitality. Kudos to the entire Millennium Hotel Sirih Jakarta team. I arrived with high expectations and left with wonderful memories. This is definitely a hotel that I will return to in the future.

The room was amazing, old school but it’s clean and amazing. The staff tika and Sarah was such a delight to have. The night shift guard was amazing telling me that to precaution about my safety as I needed to grab some water at night. Overall, highly recommended.

The hotel was clean and had many amenities such as swimming pool and gym. We opted for the breakfast which came with a large variety. Helped by staff Tika during checkout and she was very helpful.

The location is good, the breakfast has variety of options and the restaurant is big enough for guests in the morning.

The carpet floor might a bit dated nowadays and difficult for maintenance.

All of the hotel staff were extremely helpful, especially the restaurant manager at breakfast. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for his name, but he wore a dark red uniform every morning. He greeted every guest warmly and often asked whether we had any suggestions for improving the service. My only suggestion is: could you please stop being so good at your jobs? You made it very difficult for me to leave because I genuinely didn't want to go! The hotel's security was also excellent and made me feel very safe throughout my stay.

The only issue I encountered was in Room 905. The shower was very difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature—it was either too hot or too cold, with little in between.

Had some meals in the lobby restaurant. Ok so far.

No bathrobes in the premium room at 15th floor. Requested a razor, but inside was empty?

Very clean spacious room. No smoking room but they have smoking area at level 4
