Good location and near to hospital, capitol and even to malls.

Just what I expected

Did not have tea and coffee in the room

I love the location since it's near the malls and clinics. It's also a walking distance from the CFO which is the reason I booked this place. The room is clean and the staff are polite.

It has 5 floors and no elevator, it's not senior citizen or PWD friendly. We obviously had a senior citizen in the group and still they placed me in the 4th floor room WITH NO ELEVATOR. They originally booked us in a room that was under construction then dangled an upgraded room only to take it back and moved us to a 4th floor, made an old person walk up 4 flights of stairs. They should have initiative and prioritize putting in an elevator.

What I like is that it is very near to mall and restos.

This place doesn't have a elevator, so if your old like the wife and I it will be difficult especially when they put you on the forth flore... I wish the would put that in there adds." No Elevator"

Location

No lift had to walk 4 flights of stairs to our room, bathroom had mould on ceiling No double rooms on ground floor for people with fisabilities

Staff are excellent, professional, courteous, helpful. The location is a 10 minute walk from a shopping centre, restaurants, everything you need. There is even a hospital nearby. The room was good with everything you need.

My room was on the fourth floor but there is no lift. A bit of a nuisance.
