Noisy as hell. Aircon unit and strange layout of toilet.breakfast cold.

First impressions good .staff good .check in easy.was tired after long journey.no stairs and on 3rd floor .staff carried bag for me .first impression of room was good .but comfort room strange layout,shower ok.but aircon was so noisy ,had to put in earbuds and listen to music to kill the noise .breakfast pino style .all depends how desperate u are for rice in morning ,stayed two nights .first breakfast ok 2nd bf was cold .nice seating area outside .if u want cheap and cheerful its perfect .wifi was ok .just air con let the place down .i didnt complain because its philipines and staff just smile .its just the way it is here.but it is good location once you get your bearings .its close to maccy d,s,lol.

The location.

They have aircon but its not working. i advised their staff to do something but they just making promise to fix it but no action. I stayed 4 nights with no proper ventilation and hot room. No lift or elevator and we are located at 4th floor using stairs with our luggage. No staff helping to carry our luggages.

Good location for getting around and sightseeing, plus close to city centre and many shops, shopping centres, restaurants etc. Breakfast was included. Staff friendly and helpful, answered any questions about getting around as best they could. Happy to call you a taxi.

Waiting for the room to be ready despite arriving after check in time. It seemed to be a regular occurrence there. Could do with being a bit cleaner in the rooms.
