the place is in a nice location but this place is not up to code for rental.no egress window to escape if is any fire. is not worth it for $280 per night.

Very basic, dark room

Lovely owner. Good space with storage in room and provisions, comfy bed and pillows. Lobby area to sit. Very clean and big kitchen, liked the bathrooms (one was very luxurious!) no need to queue. Oakridge is a pleasant suburb area - parks to north and east. 03 bus gets you to the city or just fancy restaurants quickly and the city line to the west is a 5-10min walk. I found some gluten free outlets and bars in walking distance, neat.

Really just the main road nearby, I found I got sleep with earbuds though.

The room was clean and comfortable enough given the reasonable price. The backyard is very beautiful. The owner/manager is kind and welcoming. Here is only one thing to be desired: I hanged a bath towel I used at the first night in the room to dry. It did not get dry even after 3 days. I do not know if this is due to low temperature and/or humidity in the room. Other than that, I am basically satisfied.

The room itself was nicely decorated and clean, service was great however the shared bathroom had a dead bug and the walls were incredibly thin. You can unfortunately hear every little thing through the walls.
