Too many rooms and not enough soundproofing in this housetel. Could hear other guests all night long and had a terrible sleep as a result.

Clean rooms and washrooms. There is a kitchen and all necessary utensils.

Very neat little place, I stayed there for 9 nights and was satisfied. The place is a 2-story building built partially inside a hill so from the front, it looks like a single story but the rear has two floors. The single twin bed room was spacious and has a wardrobe and desk so you can organize your stuff, the bedding was soft and the sheets are plentiful enough that you will not be cold. There are two bathrooms, one is smaller and the other is much larger but the shower there has the temperatures inverted, so the cold (blue) side is hot and vice versa. The kitchen stove works and heats well and the electrical kettle and toaster also work fine. The lights in the kitchen are wired weird, usually only one will turn on at a time until you figure out which ones you have to press on both areas. The groundskeeper, Maria, was very nice and takes out the trash every couple of days. Nice place, would definitely stay there again in another downtime period.

Very expensive for one room with shared bathrooms. Guests were outside chatting in the morning right outside my door, but I guess that can happen in a hotel too… very confusing front and back door entrances so the delivery people, Ubers and I kept crossing paths and not meeting up in the right spots. You’re in the middle of a neighborhood and a very busy street, so be ready to order food if you’re hungry. The train isn’t too far a walk. The host was very sweet.

Wonderful property! Very comfortable & clean, maintained regularly during my stay. Amiable staff willing to help and guide regarding area, things to see, and ways to get around. Definitely would stay at this property again as it was delightful!

House was quiet and comfortable and safe. Management was flexible with early check-in and check-out.

House is located on a very busy road, so if you're staying at the front of the house you'll need earplugs if a lighter sleeper. Also the showers are VERY small, and would be my one complaint. No bath rugs in the bathroom either.

No tv, no ac, alarm went off all night long. Stuffy in room, opened window, very very noisy with traffic. Bathroom shared with three rooms, had been told private bathroom in the room. Thin walls between rooms. The lady that checked us in tried to be helpful.
