Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, cozy environment and clean with the essentials. The Bathroom was neat and clean. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a buffet spread. Not to forget, Dinner prepared by the hotel for us, it was so overwhelming with variety of dishes. The hotel staffs in the reception were very helpful, not just on check-in and check-out, but also guide us directions to spots. The staffs has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into this Hotel again. The price performance ratio is very good. My heartful thanks to Ms Preeta, Ms Kausalya, Ms Sheela not to forget to most humble, genuine and low profile person Mr Rajkumar for hosting us an unforgettable stay with sweetest memories at Chola Heritage Resort. Cleanliness of room

Nos encantó el hotel. El edificio tiene un aire colonial muy bonito y las instalaciones, aunque clásicas, son muy cómodas. La cama era fantástica y todo estaba muy limpio. El desayuno local, típico indio, era muy bueno y abundante. La ubicación es ideal ya que está un poco alejado del centro. Lo mejor fue la ayuda del personal de recepción, que nos organizó un tour en taxi para ver los palacios de Chettinadu y un par de fábricas artesanales (telares y baldosas). Una experiencia muy recomendable.
